Bold Gold: Our all-natural cayenne-infused extra virgin olive oil. After we filter the solids out from our Dead Red pepper mash, we carefully blend it into premium grade extra virgin olive oil. The fruity olive oil notes pair perfectly with the fermented cayenne flavor. Bold Gold goes great on anything from salads to garlic bread. Enjoy some mildly spicy bruschetta, or fully infuse the heat out by cooking it in dishes like oven-roasted vegetables, marinated chicken breast, or any dish that begins with a splash of olive oil in the pan. ⭐⭐/ 5 heat level.
Atomic Balsamic: Introducing The General's Atomic Balsamic, aged balsamic vinegar infused with the fiery heat of our sun-dried habanero pepper mash. Don't let the name scare you--whether you're using it as a marinade for meats, or combining with Bold Gold as a salad dressing or bread dip, Atomic Balsamic is a great way to elevate your food and thrill your taste buds with a mild/medium heat and that classic balsamic zest. ⭐⭐/ 5 heat level.
NEW Danger Close: A magical blend of red cayenne and orange habanero peppers. We think it's the PERFECT sauce for making buffalo wings--it packs a strong cayenne flavor, but also brings a solid backdoor kicker of habanero heat. More heat than our best-seller, Dead Red, but it won't melt your brain like a heavy dose of Shock & Awe. ⭐⭐⭐/ 5 heat level.
Shock & Awe: Not for the faint of heart, this sauce was a special request from our beloved heat freak fans that we have since opened up to the rest of the universe. Made with almost 90% Louisiana-grown orange habaneros (we liked that flavor the best from all our testing), you'll get a unique punch of deep, powerful, sustained heat that is offset by a sweet aroma and taste. Many of our fans will use this sauce to "spike" Dead Red when making wings, it checks in (1-10) around an 8.5-9, according to most folks. So as not to distract from that sweet-heat combination, we add a touch less salt so that the true flavor of the habanero pepper really pops in the sauce. You can set your watch by the habanero pepper—it delivers a fairly consistent heat and flavor even in varying conditions. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5 heat level.
A Salt Weapon: All-natural, non-iodized sea salt mixed with the same sun-dried habanero mash that makes Maple Mayhem so great. No fillers or additives. The Atlantic provides the salt, our American-grown habanero peppers provide the heat, and together they make one powerful duo. Great on salads, tacos, popcorn, or on the rim of your Margarita or Bloody Mary glass. Medium heat. ⭐⭐/ 5 heat level.

Our hottest sauce yet! Just like the rest of our hot sauces, Reaper Actual is 86% peppers and carries an equally intense pepper flavor that balances out its extreme spice level. Unlike mashes some other companies use, our Carolina Reaper mash is grown and processed by us just like the rest of our peppers--here in the US.
